If that is your reason for joining you will be sorely disappointed. In fact, upon joining each new mason must agree that he expects no material gain from membership.
Freemasonry does not require any religious belief other than that of a Supreme Being, which is not specific as men from all religions are members.
Freemasonry is not connected to any political doctrine, a member’s views are his own and political and religious discussion is not permitted in the lodge.
